ICQ-Chat is an IRC network used to discuss all kinds of topics. Our servers are accessible from the host names irc.icq-chat.com, which load balances connections by using the actual servers in rotation. In addition, a web client is available at chat.icq-chat.com. As of 2021 encompassing more than 300 average users and about 120 Channels. When IrCQNet closed in 2015 a small group of folks got together and began to discuss what kind of chat network we would like to chat in, at the end we decided to start a new Network called ICQ-Chat since that name was easy to remember for all former IrCQNet chatters. ICQ-Chat was founded in November 2015 and is a separate IRC Network.
